Can I sell used pallets, and what are they worth?
Standard 48×40 GMA pallets, off-sizes, and mixed loads can all be offered to partner suppliers in our network. Value depends on size, grade, and quantity — send a count with the form and a partner supplier can make an offer by email.
What sizes and grades can I ask for?
The standard 48×40 GMA 'grocery' pallet plus block, stringer, and Euro/EPAL styles. Used pallets are graded from like-new to fair, and combo pallets are rebuilt from salvaged boards. You can also ask for a custom size built to your spec.
Can I get heat-treated pallets for export?
Yes. Ask for ISPM-15 heat-treated (HT-stamped) pallets for international shipping, in two-way or four-way entry, built to your load rating.
Can I have pallets removed?
Yes. Ask for a one-time haul-away of a pile that's blocking your dock, or a recurring pickup of surplus pallets and scrap wood.

How does Cincinnati Pallet work?

What happens to pallets that can't be reused?
They don't need to go to landfill. Fixable pallets can be repaired, spent frames can give up boards for combo pallets, and wood that can give no more can be ground into landscaping mulch or biomass fuel.
Can I set up recurring deliveries or pickups?
You can ask. Say in your request how often you need pallets delivered or collected, and the partner supplier can propose a schedule.
